My mixed level classes are for (reasonably fit) beginners or improvers. Classes are 1.5 hour long with breathing, movement and yoga nidra relaxation. Bliss!
One-to-one classes available if you have specific requirements/injuries. Focus on good alignment, breathing and posture.
