YOGA CLASSES

SPRING YOGA 2024

MONDAY MORNING YOGA:
9.45 to 10.45am in Limerick Lawn Tennis Club, Ennis Road, Limerick. Bring your own mat.
Cost: €14 for single class
€60 for 5 classes to be used during one term.

WEDNESDAY EVENING CLASS:
Yoga before bedtime. A late evening class 8.30pm to 9.405pm in Limerick Lawn Tennis Club.
6 week course starts 17th April
€85. Drop in: €16

ONE-2-ONE SESSIONS in person
One-to-one sessions for 45 or 60 minutes (€70 to €90)
