MONDAY MORNING CLASS

1 hour slow-flow class. Nearly full.

WEDNESDAY 7PM-8.15 PM
Meelick Community Hall ( 5 mins from L.I.T). 1 hour slow flow yoga with 15 mins Yoga Nidra relaxation. 6 weeks €85.

GENTLE SLOW-FLOW YOGA
This is a slow flow class with small numbers. Suitable for beginners or improvers. EXpert guidance into poses with lots of breaathing!
5 week pass €90 (over 8 weeks)
3 weeks pass €55 (over 5 weeks)
Individual class €20.
